sumin I had booked a train ticket from Interlaken to Paris for October 4th, but a few days ago there was a notice about construction work, and today I saw that my ticket has disappeared. I’d like to get a refund and purchase a different ticket.

Krist Your ticket cannot have disappeared. You sure still have a copy somewhere. And that is still a valid ticket, so the railways have to transport you to Paris on octobor 4th, which they will. Might be on a different schedule though.
