I am arriving Zurich Airport and want to have 4 pcs of luggage sent to accommodations in Wengen. Likewise, I’d like to have luggage returned from Wengen 5 days later. Too much to manage on board with several train changes. How do I purchase and/or is there a specific link on the website to use? Where is the drop off/pick-up point in the Zurich Airport and I assume Wengen station is the other pick-up/drop-off? Thank you for any/all suggestions.

Firstly, welcome to the SBB Community.

There is no option to have your bags delivered to Wengen within a reasonable amount of time. The station-to-station transfer requires 2 days.

I suggest taking the bags with you on the train. There are direct trains setvice from Zurich Airport to Interlaken Ost. It is not an impossoble undertake, all Swiss locals do that.
