Hello. I recently paid for a coffee on the IC5 to Zurich, twice. I used Twint, but the hostest came to me to explain that the payment didn’t go through. I explained and showed her that the payment had gone through both my Twint app, as well as my bank account. She said it would be refunded. It still hasn’t been refunded (3 days). How might I receive a refund for this, please? Thanks
