I have a purchased SuperSaver one-way train ticket Zermatt to Montreux on 22 September 2025. I also purchased Express Door-to-Door Luggage service for the same day & they was no option for me to provide my purchased train ticket, which is required ny 12 noon day before. Please advise how, when & where do I provide that information?
