can't find tickets in account

I booked tickets through the sbb website, received a confirmation email with order number, and my card was charged. the tickets are not listed in my account anywhere. how do I get my tickets on my account??

So,

you indeed have a user account created before you have purchased the tickets?
you were indeed connected with your user account while purchasing the ticket?

You can use the ticket out of your e-mail, too, there is no issue about it.
