Problem using Surprize voucher

Some time ago I got a Surprize voucher from the BCGE for 50 CHF and when I tried using it for a payment I got an error message.

It seems there’s a problem because there’re too many digits… On one webpage it says you can convert the voucher, but it doesn’t work either. My voucher has 16 digits, apparently it should have 12…

Anyone had the same problem? Is there a contact form I could use for this?

That’s the problem, actually to convert the voucher in that page you need to enter a 12-digit code, but my code has 16 digits.

I was wondering if someone else has had the same problem, maybe there’s an easy solution…

I contacted customer service by phone and they told me I could write to them to give them the voucher information through a contact form, but I don’t see a contact formular for this type of issue.

The answer I gave was from a discussion on the German-speaking community, where someone reported that this was the solution to the problem.
