I bought the ticket from chiasso to Zurich HB which departure time is after 7:30 I have a Night GA and I want to refund it Despite, according to the information the website offer, I tried to refund via SBB app, it didn’t work at all. In that reason, I request ticket refunding here, and hope it will work.
