To answer your query:
Failed payments will be resolved within 10 days, normally, This is not an issue whose responsibility lies with SBB yet with the payment provider and your credit card bank. Simply be patient and watch your account.
In Europe, web shops often require the 3D security ID to complete the transaction successfully, and so does the SBB ticket shop.
