Hello, I would like to use your luggage shipping service to deliver 1x bag of clothing from Lucerne train station on Monday 25/8/25 to Interlaken Ost station, as I will be hiking a mountain trail for 4 days and unable to carry this with me. I will arrive in Interlaken on Fri 29/8. The quoted information online says collection date is 2 days later on Wed 27/8, however I will be in the mountains mid-hike and unable to collect it then. Is it possible for my luggage to please be kept safely at Interlaken Ost station for an extra 2 days (from Wed 25/8-Fri 29/8) until I arrive?
And do I need to have a train ticket for the same journey as my luggage to use this service? As I’ll be getting a train from Lucerne to Engelberg, then hiking from there to Interlaken, and then train from Interlaken onwards.
