In recent years, the demand for more flexibility when traveling has significantly increased – over 60% of you desire more flexible refunds according to surveys. That’s exactly why we now have the new Supersaver Flex Ticket!
Like with the regular Supersaver Ticket, you can travel at a lower price, with the chosen connection being binding – but: you can easily cancel the ticket up to the time of departure and receive 50% back. Available digitally in the app or in the webshop.
Purchasing with SwissPass Login means more independence when it comes to refunds/cancellations. Below, we would like to provide you with a consolidated summary of all cancellation and refund options, including links.

When you purchase as a guest, you cannot get the Supersaver Flex Ticket refunded yourself.
Supersaver Flex Tickets purchased as a guest can be refunded without a deductible via the refund form up until the time of departure.
You will get 50% of the purchase price back.
Important: You must submit the refund application before the ticket becomes valid for travel.

The most Supersaver Tickets in 2025 so far were sold in March, with over 890,000 tickets in one month. You would need about 27 Wankdorf Stadiums to accommodate all those travelers!
On average, more than 27,000 Supersaver Tickets are sold per day. This means that one Supersaver Ticket is sold approximately every 3 seconds.
Supersaver Tickets can be purchased up to 6 months before the trip. However, 80% of Supersaver Tickets are bought within 14 days before the trip and the travel day.
