What makes you think you cannot believe what is printed on the ticket :-)
It is a Saver Day Pass, and it entitles you to travel on all public transit in the whole of Switzerland for a whole day. SBB sold you that because it was, at the time of purchase, the cheapest option available for the route you choose. Be happy. If your plans change you can still use the ticket. If you want to do some sightseeing on the way you can do so. If you need a bus to get to the station: you are covered.
