Where is the customer number on my swiss pass that I bought online?

You probably bought a Swiss Travel Pass. You don’t need any customer number to travel with this pass.

Good day.

The tourist ticket is named ‘Swiss Travel Pass’.

There is no customer number for you. You cannot import the Swiss Travel Pass into the SBB Mobile app if it was not purchased from SBB as a registered user.
