How long will it take to get an email (including QR code) after purchasing Swiss Travel Pass…?
Does it take longer on weekend, though?

Check your Spam folder
Have you entered the e-mail correctly?
Does your credit card support 3D secure ID? If not, the payment will not be finalised. Check with your bank.

Yes, I’m afraid I’ve all checked through those… and everything is settled with no problem. Even my payment is finalized already. ;(

Gruezi! That’s because the whole money was withdrawn from my debit card right after I’ve purchased the pass. : )
