I am writing to kindly request a refund for two tickets that I purchased but did not use on 24 August 2025. According to SBB regulations, a refund after the start of validity is possible if proof of non-use can be provided. In both cases below, I purchased another valid ticket for the same route and time window, which I actually used instead.
1. Ticket Lausanne → Interlaken West

• Instead, I used Ticket Lausanne → Jungfraujoch

2. Ticket Männlichen → Lauterbrunnen

• Instead, I used Ticket Kleine Scheidegg → Lauterbrunnen
• Order no.: •••••••••••••
I would be very grateful if you could process the refunds for the unused tickets (Lausanne → Interlaken West and Männlichen → Lauterbrunnen). Please let me know if any further information or documents are required.
