However, I purchased the ticket on the wrong date and requested a refund on the same day. On August 22, 2025, I received an email with the subject CS012718891 - Refund request / order •••••••••••••, requesting documentation. The correct documentation was sent. On August 27, 2025, I received a new email requesting the same documentation. I sent it again, stating the order number of the newly purchased ticket is •••••••••••••, with the tickets attached. I would like to know the status of the refund request, as I haven’t received a response. Could you help me?
