Hi! I had a Half Fare Plus purchased last year, it expired in June 2025. Now, I decided I would like to buy it again. I go to the page of “Order your Half Fare Travelcard PLUS.”, and I cannot select any option because it says “You already have a valid contract for a Half Fare Travelcard PLUS. You can view the details in your profile.”. It guides me to my profile, shows the expired contract for the previous Half Fare Plus and tells me “Top up your credit and continue to benefit. You can now top up your Half Fare Travelcard PLUS 1000 and receive an yet another bonus as a gift.”. Fine, I want to top up, I click the button. A pop-up window tells me the details (that I am about to top up, the credit will be available from tomorrow etc.), but the button “top up” is greyed out, I cannot click it and I can only cancel. I don’t know what I did wrong, it seems that there is no option at all for me to purchase it because my account thinks I have it, but I don’t since it expired and hence I cannot top up. What should I do? Is it a known system bug? Am I banned from buying it ever again? I am attaching the images with the steps I described.
