In the SBB app, I go into “shop & services” and select Saver Day Pass. It doesn’t even let me select a date, it just displays “an unknown error has occurred” Error code: UTE -510 (ID: D9lhhMU)
On my PC, I log into my SBB account, click on “All Offers”, click on “Day Passes, Class Upgrades, etc.”, then click “Saver Day Pass”. Each time I do this, I get the message "Unfortunately, an error has occurred. Go to the SBB home page. When I go to the SBB home page, the same thing happens again. This has been going on for the last 3-4 days.
I am attempting to purchase Saver Day Passes, 2nd class, for October 10, 2025.
