Hi, after completing my journey, I noticed that one of the tickets was correctly booked using a Half-Fare Card, but the other passenger’s Half-Fare Card wasn’t applied—even though I had valid Half-Fare Cards for both of us.
I contacted customer service, and the agent advised me to fill out a refund form. However, all the forms I found seem to be for unused tickets, not for cases like this.
Could you please advise if a refund is possible in this situation, and which form I should use?
