Tough Time with SBB

I bought Swiss Half Fare Card. I want to change it to full Swiss Pass. But I am having very hard time contacting the right person. I have registered on Swisspass.Ch but they do not have ANY record of my buying it.
I do have the Swiss Half Card PDF they sent.
Help!

What you probably want is the Swiss Travel Pass, not the Swiss Pass.

But I am having very hard time contacting the right person.

Let it put the diplomatic way: we, the Swiss people love niceties. If you need help from a local, you will gain their sympathy and get instant help from them if you say hi before asking a question 🙂 So no tough times anymore - if you follow my advice.

After 8 days of trying, I think I have figured it out. I bought the pass as a “Guest”, so they do not have a record.
So, I had to go another route. I have asked for the refund, and I got a reply acknowledging that, but it may take up to 15 days! It should not be that difficult.
Yes, you are right! I want to buy Swiss Travel Pass! It is very confusing!

The thing many tourists overlook is that neither the HFC, nor the STP need to be bought far in advance. You can in fact wait till you are here even with buying them.
