I have requested a refund for two Swiss Travel Passes:
The first refund request was due to missing name and date of birth information, which I submitted following the instructions of one of your staff members.
After that, I purchased a new pass, but I mistakenly selected the wrong start date, so I also requested a refund for this second pass.
Could you please let me know the status of these two refund requests?
