Hello, I bought on Deutsche Bahn ticker for journey Geneve-Mainz on 7.september. The detail of the connection is:
IR 2519
Genève 07.09 10:54
Bern 07.09 12:56
EC 6
Bern 07.09 13:04
Mainz Hbf 07.09 17:18
But looks like there were some changes on IR 2519 and it doesn’t go on september 7 (last time it departures is september 5). Deutshe Bahn provided me the information about changes and told me, that on the German side I can use any other connection to the Mainz. Nothing about Swiss side. I also wrote them an e-mail, after a week, no answer.
Instead of IR 2519 I want to take IR 1817 from Geneve - Renens VD (11:05, 11:37), then IC 521 to the Olten and then continue with EC6 as was first plan. I dont know if I can do such changes on the Swiss side. I don’t know who to ask, where find information, seems like SBB doesn’t have an e-mail for questions. Thank you for help.
