I successfully paid for my train ticket - but they do not show in my app

I have a payment receipt for my tickets, however, the app does not show any tickets at all.

I’m supposed to be traveling tomorrow…

What kind of payment receipt do you have?

If the purchase has not been confirmed from SBB by e-mail, the purchase simply did not work.

Make sure your credit card supports 3D secure ID.

By the way, there is no need to purchase point-to-point tickets in advance. You can do so on the day pf travel.

I paid by TWINT for a train to Milan tomorrow…
Don’t have an email confirmation, but do have a payment recorded on TWINT.

Well, this is not a payment receipt. It is just a reservation.

Call SBB, they certainly do not have a ticket on file: 0848 44 66 88 (CHF 0.08/Min).

You can purchase the ticket at the station before travel.
