Yes, I purchased passes with a registered account on my laptop and I can see the passes I purchased under my orders. I’m logged into the same account on my phone, but the app does not show my pass. Since I purchased 6 passes for my family with my account, will they have to use paper pass showing QR code. I’m assuming they can not create an account and link their own pass to it? Also, do we need to carry a paper with the QR code or will a picture of it work when boarding the train.
