First time on app/website, when I purchased a ticket for myself and wife, it wasn’t clear that a ticket was issued, I’m American an not very smart 😉

could you please issue a refund for ticket order # •••••••••••••, order date: Mo, 01.09.2025

Not sure what fact made you believe that we are the SBB Customer Service. We are the SBB Community that is run by experienced SBB clients and volunteer travel experts who help other public transit users.
