I am 23 years old and currently living in Switzerland. I would like to inquire about the GA Travelcard Familia. My roommate has held a GA Travelcard for one year. Am I eligible to apply for the GA Travelcard Familia?

I have checked the information on your website and it seems that I might be eligible, but when I visited an SBB counter, the staff informed me that I am not. Could you please clarify this and advise me on my eligibility?

The information you have got is true, of course.

You may inquire for a GA Duo travel card as long as both are living at the same registered living address.
