To report a problem with EasyRide or to request a refund, please proceed as follows:
Open SBB Mobile or SBB Preview and select the navigation point «tickets and travelcards». At the top right under «expired», please select the journey concerned and click on «report problem with journey» and fill in the form. Customer Service will check your journey and contact you directly.
