Hi! I’m a Korean who returned to Korea after a wonderful trip to Switzerland in August.
On August 14th, four people purchased a section pass. I paid with a debit card. The total amount was 27.6 CHF. I haven’t used it since returning to Korea.
However, I recently received an email from my credit card company, stating that recurring automatic payments may occur during overseas transactions. They asked me to check with the company to determine if this is indeed a recurring automatic payment.
The email stated the payment date will be 21.09.2025 and the amount is 27.6 CHF.
I need to confirm whether this amount is actually withdrawn. If so, I need to take steps to prevent this recurring payment. I want to request to stop automatic payment.
