I went on a trip and traveled from Paris to Basel SBB a few weeks ago. I bought the tickets off of SBB.ch and our train was delayed 3.5 hours. I tried to get compensation for the delay but it asks for an IBAN number which I don’t have as a US citizen. Is there a way I can still be compensated for the lost time and activities that we missed due to the delay?
