I would like to deposit my luggages at Lucerne station and have it delivered to a hotel in Zurich 4 days later. -what is required for the Hotel reception to collect the luggage on behalf before my arrival at the hotel? -Can I walk in to Lucerne station luggage service center to plan this service? -Do i need to print and fill up the luggage label before hand? 3. Items simply need to be easy to handle and fit through standard doors (for guidance, normal airline-checked suitcase size of about 80 × 60 × 40 cm is perfectly fine). **Drop-off at Lucerne station**: - You can hand in your luggage directly at the staffed SBB luggage counter in Lucerne. - Please bring a valid ID and the exact hotel address and desired delivery date (e.g. 4 days later). **Delivery to a Zurich hotel**: - The hotel reception only needs to accept the delivery during normal delivery hours (approx. 08:00–20:00) and sign the receipt. - No special registration or extra form is required. **Luggage label** - The official SBB luggage label is printed and attached at the counter. - You do not need to print or fill out anything in advance. **Tracking** - At present there is no live tracking in the SBB Mobile or iOS app. - With the deposit receipt you receive at drop-off, you can contact the SBB Contact Center (tel. +41 848 44 66 88, CHF 0.08/min.) at any time for an update.
