SomeoneThere I bought a ticket through the SBB and paid by twint. My ticket never showed in the SBB app however the charge shows in both my twint account and my bank account. How do I get refunded for this ticket as I had to buy another to show the staff. It was a roundtrip ticket from Lausanne to Zurich.
