When I call customer service and choose 2 - 1 the line is cut every time when I try to talk to an agent about a refund on tickets I bought in Switzerland. The Chatbot has been “rerouting me to an agent” for 10 minutes. This customer service function is not working either. The Chat bot could not help me with my problem either. And now Im waiting on line with another, hopefully, contact agent.
