I made an online booking on 10 September 2025 for the journey Torino Porta Nuova → Zürich Flughafen via Milano Centrale and Zürich HB on Thursday, 23 October 2025 (departure 11:00), 2nd class.
During purchase I accidentally entered the wrong date of birth for one of my co-passengers. Could you please correct it on the issued e-ticket (and the linked segments in the same order), or advise the quickest way to proceed (reissue or refund & repurchase) while keeping the same fare and seat reservations if possible?
