Dear SBB Community Team,
Last week, I paid my Half Fare Travelcard invoice online via sbb.ch. The amount of CHF 170 was successfully charged to my credit card, and I have the payment confirmation.
However, yesterday I received a new invoice by post (dated one day earlier than today) for the same travelcard. Since the payment was already made, I would like to know where and how I can officially raise an objection regarding this duplicate invoice.
Could you please inform me if there is a specific e-mail address or contact point for submitting such complaints, and what steps I should follow?
