If trains sold out months in advance they would be useless. You are just to early to book. Most people book these kinds of trips a few days, to weeks in advance. I have bought tickets for travelling to Vienna on the day itself. Tickets never sell out, as there is no such thing as a “sold out” train route in this part of Europe.
Just wait till at least the end of October.
