I purchased two return tickets for myself and my daughter Hannah to travel to Zurich on Monday 1st September.
The tickets were purchased at the Tourist Information Vevey - Grenette. My daughter was visiting from the UK.
Late Sunday evening 31st August, we received a call confirming that Hannah’s grandmother had been taken ill, and the hospital advised that any family should visit as soon as possible.
Hannah returned to the UK early Monday morning to see her grandmother, the grandmother died the following day. A death certificate can be made available if required.
We are hoping to receive a refund and / or a voucher for the cost of the tickets, for Hannah Poole CHF 88.00, for me, CHF 59.00 ( Swiss Half Fare card )
