curiouscat1 Hello, I refunded my ticket around 00:05 because I bought a cheaper one. The refunded ticket is not a saver pass. Am I going to get refunded even it’s 00:00? I haven’t used it. I put the option of “Bought twice”.
RolandP Hello curiouscat1 A ticket for which a refund is requested on the day of validity is not refundable. The bought twice ticket is only applicable if it was the same ticket type. Kind regards, Roland
