Calls not answered ticket refund is stuck

Dear SBB it is my ticket for tomorrow from Amsterdam to Montpellier France at 13.27 i want to cancel my ticket but have been calling on the help line for six hours continually with no one answering the call it has been now full six hours please share a email adress where i can register my complaint and help get my refund

SBB does not have an e-mail address.

Are you sure the ticket is from SBB for that itinerary?

Hi Roland i have made more than 50 calls on the number +41 848 446 688
If you give me a email adress i can send you my call details the tell you that they will call back but the moment you pick the fone they hang up
My ticket is for tomorrow i want to cancel it for past 9 hours now kindly guide me to an email address where i could register my complaints and get my refund

Again, we are a travel support forum run by volunteer travel experts, we are not the SBB Customer Service.

International tickets, if possible at all, can be cancelled by phone or in person at the station, only.

The number you have mentioned does not work from all countries.

It is advisable to book the tickets from an operating company, not a third party company like SBB.

I cannot help more than refer to the phole number I mentioned above.
