I booked a refundable train ticket from geneva to paris on 13.09.25 for 12.10.2025.
Yesterday I canceled it.refund was initiated by sbb.but my bank denied the refund for security reasons. as I am Indian citizen our currency is Rupees but the refund was chf.
I contacted bank and they told me to ask the marchent to refund again. I contacted sbb but the status of my ticket is still showing refunded and the booking number also show this status. How can I get my refund in my credit card? Can I try after few days. I have all the necessary documents and bank reference number.
