I bought a train ticket from Spitz to Milan on October 5, 2025, using the sbb app.

It is said to depart from Supitz at 10:12 and arrive at Domodosola at 11:51.
And I need to transfer to the 12:56 trenord 2407 train from Domodosola.

Does the train trenord 2407, from Domodosola to Milan, run at 12:56 on October 5, 2025 as originally scheduled?

You will be travelling from Domodossola to Gallarate by bus, where you will change to a train. Expect to arrive in Milano later than planned. Your ticket of course remains valid.

Note that if the reason that you want to cancel your ticket is that you want to take an earlier train: You do not need to do this. You can just use your ticket on the earlier train. Your ticket(s) are for a route, not a train.

If I take the bus and transfer the train, it takes a long time and it is different from the original plan, so I consider canceling it.

Railways sometimes substitute a bus for a train because they need to shut down the railways for maintenance. Trenitalia is unfortunately does not always plan this well. But if you want to get from Spiez to Milano you can still travel. You can also take an earlier train that connects with a special direct bus from Domodossola to Milano that is significantly faster.
