error payment method registration

I’m getting an error saying my Korean Visa card cannot be registered as a payment method. It’s a VISA deposit card from a company called TravelWallet, and I can’t register it on either the web or the app. Apple Pay and some credit cards seem to work—do you know why this is happening?

Most probably, the 3D Secure 2 (3DS2) security feature is not enabled for that card. The payment processor for the SBB webshop is requring this de-facto standard in Europe.
