Chan123 Hi, I purchased a ticket from Geneva-Secheron to Annecy on sbb.ch and it stated in the beginning that it would take about 1.5hours and that it was a direct train (no transits). But when the ticket came out after payment it seems to show the duration as 3hours instead (arrival time 3 hours after departure). Does anyone know what’s the issue here? Thank you very much in advance.
Danhiel Hi Chan123 No issue here, this is not the arrival time in Annecy, it is the end of the ticket validity. These tickets are valid for 3 hours. Kind regards Danhiel
Krist Tickets are for a route, not a train. So you have a ticket for Geneve - Annecy, valid for three hours, and that allows you some flexibility in which train you take. Note that buying these tickets in advance is not needed. This is just commuter rail…
