Not sure to whom you want to provide your feedback. This is the SBB Community, not the SBB Customer Service.
Should the wording barely be readable, you can anytime get a new copy from the SBB travel center. In addition, you can get a transparent pocket from the travel center that protects the ticket paper.
Laminating the ticket is not allowed, and not possible anyway as it will destroy the ticket that is printed on thermal paper.
