Hello, I’m trying to buy a train ticket from Zurich to Interlaken Ost., once I finish my selection, it does not allow me to to continue, I had choose different departure dates but still not luck, what do I’m wrong?, can someone advise me please, thank you

As you can imagine, it is difficult to guess the root cause of your issue without any further information such as date of travel and required departure time. You might want giving us a hint on that.
