I booked train tickets from Interlaken West to Zurich Main Station (Zürich HB) for September 30, 2025, and October 1, 2025. I subsequently cancelled both of these tickets and travelled using the third ticket, which was also for October 1st.
I have submitted a refund request for the first two tickets, and the website shows that the refund has already been completed, but I cannot see the transaction in my bank account statement. I would like to know when the refund will be credited (deposited).
