You are talking about the SBB Mobile App.
There is no need to purchase tickets in advance and it would not be a good idea anyway. Zurich local tickets have a limited validity in terms of time, your 1 hour; thus, in the likely case of a late flight arrival your ticket would possibly no longer be valid.
Simply use the counter or the ticketing machine once you got here. You need a 3-zones ticket (zones 110, 121). With the app, simply enter code ‘ZFH’ as departure point, select Zürich Flughafen and enter the hotel’s address as arrival point. The app will resolve the address and find the nearest public transit stop.
