Subject: Refund Request Due to Train Disruption in Italy
To whom it may concern,
In conclusion, we did not take this train. The train from Italy did not operate to Domodossola due to the disruption, and we had to take a train via Chiasso instead.
We submitted the refund request less than one hour after purchase, and the ticket was never checked by any conductor.
If it had been checked, it would have shown we were on the train from Chiasso to Interlaken Ost instead.
Additionally, we accidentally booked only one ticket and had to buy another one on-site.
This situation occurred due to the train strike in Italy, which made the original route unavailable.
Therefore, we kindly request a refund for the unused ticket.
