Hi, I am writing to request a refund or exchange for the Saver Day Pass I purchased for November 19.
I would like to book a different journey on the same date — Grindelwald–Interlaken–Spiez–Milan — instead of using the Saver Day Pass.
Would it be possible to refund or exchange my Saver Day Pass for this trip?
As I am from Korea and not very experienced with international train reservations, I made a mistake in calculating the travel time and accidentally purchased the Saver Day Pass.
This issue has been causing me a lot of stress, and I honestly haven’t been able to sleep because of it.
I completely understand that this was my mistake, but I would be truly grateful if you could kindly consider my request for a refund.
