I purchased a Day Pass for 2 for a specific date, but due to personal reasons of importance, we won’t be able to use it that day. I would like to ask if, in the spirit of SBB’s goodwill, it might be possible to change the date, transfer the ticket to someone else, or receive some form of compensation (such as a voucher or partial refund).
I completely understand that the tickets are usually non-refundable, but I would greatly appreciate any advice or possible exception in this case.
