I was traveling with my child from Zurich to Milan and back. I have a Half-Fare Card, and my child has a Junior Card.
When on the ticket on the train, I realized that I needed a seat reservation because it was an IC train, and I couldn’t just “swipe on and off” until the Italian border. In the SBB app, I selected my child as a co-passenger, but I didn’t realize that the Junior Card was not automatically attached to the ticket. As a result, I paid the full fare for my child.
Could you please advise how I can request a refund for my child’s ticket, since he has a valid Junior Card?
