We purchased a 4-day Swiss Travel Pass in guest mode, meaning we bought it without logging in. Later, we wanted to add these tickets to the mobile app, but it asks for a customer ID, and there’s no such information on our tickets. After that, we signed up on https://sbb-tickets.cc/ but we still couldn’t add our tickets. How can we solve this issue?

You cannot. If you buy your Swiss Travel Pass as a guest you cannot add it to the app afterwards.

Print out the Swiss Travel Pass so you can show the QR code to the train conductor. Or store it on your phone in some way. What matters is that the QR code can be scanned during a ticket check.

You can use the app to plan your trips without needing to add the pass.
